Question / Help problem switching to OBS Studio

i am currently running OBS classic, i downloaded OBS studio and applied the same settings as the OBS classic BUT i am getting lags in my stream.

my PC - GTX 1070 asus strix 8gb , 16 GB RAM, I5 6600, SSD

OBS classic 30 FPS and re scaling to 1280X720, Lanczos, bitrate 2200 buffer 2500 CBR, X264, CPU Preset faster -> main, key interval 2

OBS studio 30 FPS and re scaling to 1280X720, Lanczos, bitrate 2200 buffer 2500 CBR, X264, CPU Preset faster -> main, key interval 2

what can be the problem ?

here is the log file, the stream starts ok, but after a few minutes the problem starts

1. Connect both of your monitors to the Nvidia GPU
2. remove "opencl=true" and punch who ever told you to use that
3. Disable windows game mode if it is enabled
4. Disable compatibility mode from game capture properties
5. Enable vsync or with some other way limit the ingame fps to something rational like 60fps

so i made some changes and i am still encountering the same problem , and the thing that bugs me the most is that OBS Classic is running with the same setting perfectly.
i am adding a new log file after the changes

Remove the weird custom x264 settings you have, most of them fail anyway. The issue is that your GPU is overloaded. Make sure the ingame fps is limited to something that doesn't make your GPU usage max out.

i will try but i m playing PUBG and i do not think i can limit my fps there , BUT the main issue still remains, why does it work fine with the same setting in BS classic, what the difference ?

Probably something to do with OS GPU time prioritizing. You can limit the fps by enabling vsync either from the game or nvidia control panel

this is truly annoying me .... , the studio has the option i need but classic is the only one working without lag .... if i cant fix this i will try a different streaming software i guess

You should probably upload a OBS classic log too, to see if the settings are actually the same.
