EDIT: I upload a log file, also wait for more details

Hello, I have a laptop Asus ROG G551JW with this specification:
    • Intel® Core™ i7-4750HQ 2.00GHz, Haswell™
    • 15.6", Full HD
    • 16GB RAM 1TB HDD
    • nVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4GB
    • Free DOS, Black

I want to stream on youtube like GTA5, CS-GO, Euro Truck Simulator 2, I try some settings that I've seen on Youtube but I have lag on Stream but not in my PC, games are at 60 fps but on streaming have lag , my internet is very good that's not a problem

    • Download Speed: 320.68 mbps
    • Upload Speed: 250mbps
    • Windows 10 latest drivers at all
I have also that option with QuickSync but with some games after 10 minutes my pc restart with blue screen.
I want to stream in 720p if 1080p isn't possible with my specs.
Please help me, best regards and sorry for my bad english.

Please post a log with your issue. Make sure there is a recording or stream in it. Stream/record with the settings you were using and upload that log.

22:56:39.015: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 3607 (18.5%)

Limit FPS ingame. Your CPU has no room for OSB to render. EDIT: CPU should be GPU -typo-

About integrated GPU, maybe you have to update drivers.

I have the latest driver for my GPU, I don't understand what you say about CPU, do you say my pc is low for streaming GTA or what ?

Your GPU and maybe CPU are being used too much by the game, and there isn't enough left for OBS. Your laptop should be able to use these settings fine. Turning on VSync limits your FPS to your screen refresh rate and since your PC doesnt have to render all those extra frames is frees up resources. Unless you are getting under 60fps in game then you will need to limit it to less or you can turn down game settings to where you get constant well over 60fps.

Also if you have any background tasks open (like google chrome) close them, that should also free up more resources.

Change these things in your settings:
Open OBS 64-bit instead of 32-bit.
Base Resolution 1920x1080 (this should always be your monitor/in game res)
Output Resolution 1280x720 (this is the resolution OBS scales to)
FPS 30 (30fps is fine for streaming especially on lower end/laptop)

Im not sure which encoder will work the best for you, it depends how much resources your computer frees up.
