Question / Help Problem starting OBS while Zoom is running

This is an intermittent issue.

I have been streaming for a long time using Zoom as video. Recently I started getting an error when starting the stream (see attached log). If I close zoom, then start streaming, then restart zoom that works. But I am unable to start streaming while Zoom is running. I have 8 cameras running. All my video card drivers are up to date.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Is anything else using NVENC?
