Question / Help Problem OBS since use of second monitor

I got problems with running OBS classic since I hooked up a second monitor. When I connected it OBS would only record with black screen, so I disconnected it again but I still got the black screen issue even when the second monitor isn't plugged in. Before this OBS worked perfectly without any problems. I use the buffer loop to save footage from games, but now I only get black screen with audio. None of my other settings have been changed since then.

Now here is where I think it went wrong. I use a Dell XPS 13 with a 4k touchscreen of 3200x1600 resolution. The second screen I used was a 1600x900 resolution screen. Looking at the logs:

It says that my monitor 1 is a 1600x900. I believe OBS might have switched the screens somehow, but I truly don't know. Just a suggestion.

Anybody knows how to fix this?

Extra information:
I used a USB C to HDMI for the second monitor
I have always used FRAPS at the same time while recording
I have runned it as Administrator, doesn't work
I don't have a second GPU, only a integrated Intel one
The USB C to HDMI cable is fully disconnected
I tried looking in settings but that didn't work
I reinstalled OBS, That didn't work
I tried without Fraps, that didn't work
I have tried 32 bit and 64 bit, no difference
I have tried all sort of combination of the above, no result
I am truly out of ideas :(

Your Intel HD 620 is way too underpowered. If this is a laptop, I'm sorry but you are going to have to get a better computer (preferably desktop).

OBS Classic is no longer supported.

I know my Intel HD 620 is underpowered, but It has worked fine until I connected the second monitor. So why won’t it work now when I removed the second monitor? It doesn’t make any sense. If it worked before why not now?
