Question / Help Problem Nvenc quality

Hello, sorry for my bas english

Hardware : I7 8700k and RTX 2070

Configuration OBS :

Encoder : Nvidia Nvenc H.264 (new)
Rate Control : CBR
Bitrate : 14000
Keyframe : 2
Preset : Max Quality
Profile : High

That doesn't solve anything. The Nvidia Nvenc H.264 (new) sucks because it does nothing to change the quality in any way. If you go to my youtube channel you will find my older streams using much lower grade hardware, actually looks better than with my new hardware, using newer and the latest version of OBS.

The fact is that OBS has been going down the toilet for the past 3 update. This last update has completely flushed OBS altogether.

NVENC quality is determined by the card itself. Newer generation chips have higher quality output.
