Problem: Multiple Sounddevices and the Browsersource

Hi there, i have a Problem and maybe someone have an idea...

Situation:
In my Setup im using different Sounddevices (tested with my Soundcraft UI32 and my ESI MAYAS) for Mic, Game, Teamspeak/Discord, Music and Alerts.
The (Streamlab)Alerts are, as usual, in a Browsersource.

When i go to the Windows Audioconfiguration (Settings -> System -> Sound -> Other Sound Options)
and launch OBS, i can find OBS in the List of available Programs and select the Audiodevices.

Problem1 : At this Point, i cant select the Audiodevice for the CEF Subprocess (because its not startet yet). Even if i refresh the Brwosersource,
no process is spawned. What i need to do is, (test)fire an Alert via Streamlabs Website.
NOW the "obs-browser-page.exe" comes up in the List and i can assign a seperate Device.
This SHOULD be the inital "one time" Setup and OK, thats not that difficult, right.

Problem2 : comes when i restart OBS. The obs-browser-page.exe is not up again, so it does not know what device to use (yet).
Sure, i can fire an Alert, obs-browser-page.exe starts and YES, the Windows Audioconfiguration shows the preselected Device BUT!
It plays on the "Windows Default Audio Device" (not even the Device, i selected for OBS! (because its the same in this case))

The only thing i can do now is, refresh the Browsersource! After that, all works as expected (as long as i dont have to restart OBS)

Expected behavior :
When the obs-browser-page.exe starts, it should initialize the right Audiodevice and use it ;)
Or at least it should init and use the Device selected for OBS at all.

..or maybe someone has another Idea (yes, i can refresh the Brwosersource via switching Scenes (and the "Refresh when ) but thats only a workaround)

Greetz :)

it might be (i think it is) a Windowsproblem
