Problem in 'OBS Studio 30.1.1' - Plugin 'win-capture-audio v2.2.3-beta'

Starting from the seventh scene, I can't add any new audio source - it doesn't show up as a soundbar. It only shows up as 'Inactive' in the advanced view.
I also swapped the folders to see if it's an issue with a specific folder, but the result is the same. It doesn't matter what I add, game, window, browser source...
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Problems with a plugin must be asked on the plugin's discussion page.

You of course can't write on the plugins list page, which lists all the plugins available, but you do can write where you should write on the specific thread of the plugin.

Latest OBS version is 30.1.2 which fixed prior issues.
