Question / Help Problem importing html file

System: windows 10
OBS version: 0.16.5

I would like to import an html file into OBS but in the proposed sources I do not have the tab "Source Browser". I can not import my file into the tool. :(

It's a silly question but it stops me from the start.

Did you also have this problem? Is it because of the version I'm using?

I believe you have to install the FULL INSTALLER with the Browser included in the install file.
