Problem for streaming Overwatch, please help me ;( !

Hello, everyone!

A short time ago, I started to stream (mainly switch games but also a bit of pc), and being a good Overwatch player I naturally wanted stream the game. Two months ago, I had no problems streaming the game, I could do 2 or 3 streams without any problems.

Except I recently wanted to resume the Overwatch streams, but now IMPOSSIBLE to stream, on my side it’s good but the record is awful (as evidenced by the beginning of this VOD https://www.twitch.tv/videos/790126869?filter=all&sort=time ), and I can not know why.

My setup has remained unchanged since the first stream, hence my incomprehension. Meanwhile, I just changed my crappy second screen against a 144hz screen.

Of course, I tried to lower the graphics parameters and optimize my streamlabs parameters, but nothing helps.
I noticed that my GPU was between 90 and 100% usage when I set a record (that’s the cause, you might say), but then I don’t understand why it worked before with the same components.

Can the fact of having changed the screen be the cause? Bad Streamlabs settings? OW version? If anyone has an answer to my problem, he would be blessed by the gods...

Thank you in advance to those who will take the time to answer me!

My setup :
-Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 WindForce OC 6gb
-Ryzen 7 2700 8 cores 3.20Ghz
-16 gb RAM
-Screen 1 : hp 25mx / Screen 2 : Samsung SD330
