Problem connecting twitch account on obs.

hello, i'm having a problem with my obs, when i open the settings to connect my twitch account in obs, i click to connect the account, when i click it opens a black screen and doesn't come out, if i deactivate it hardware acceleration it opens a white screen and does not come out of it, what can it be?

I'm not a Twitch user, so I haven't been following the numerous other recent posts on the issue. (possibly due to a global certificate expiration issue)
