Problem connecting to Facebook

Hello there,

I am trying to get my first stream up and running; however, OBS keeps giving me an error each time I click "Start Stream": "Could not access the specified server or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server."

Here is what displays in the log each time I attempt to start streaming:

Can anyone suggest a solution? I have tried several guides and none have helped so far.

Also note that I have tried several stream keys, different networks, and across several days so this does not seem to be a problem with (an obvious) user error.

side note - See the Network troubleshooting guide in the Help section on site site, specifically why avoiding WiFi for livestreaming in usually NOT recommended (just as MP4 is not a recording safe format, WiFi is NOT a consistent jitter, latency and throughput technology .. ie requirement for decent livestream experience/performance ... ymmv)
