PROBLEM CHANGING SIMPLE MODE TO ADVANCED MODE

Good Morning. I have a configuration problem in OBS, I use version 27.2.4 for OSX. I can't switch from Simple mode to Advanced mode. The option in the configuration/output window is disabled, it is grayed out. I also need to change the recording format, file type, recording location on my HDD and recording bitrate. Can someone help me?? Thanks.
