Problem Black Screen VMware with OBS 28.0.3

Obs 28.0.3 screen capture problem with VMware with automatic configuration result black screen , do you know any solution? thanks

At the source (fonti in your language) select properties. Then change capture method to: Windows 10 (1903 and up).
This works for my PC, dont have any other pc to test tho
