Question / Help Problem Audio Recording From A Sound Board

I am trying to record the audio from my soundboard output. I have tried several output sources to include the headset phone jack. Listening to the sound from the board is perfect but when listening to the sound after it goes through OBS it is distorted and some out the instruments can not be heard. If I have one vocalist it is usually OK. When our entire praise team is playing and singing the sound gets very distorted.
We purchased a new windows pc but the problem still exists. Our soundboard is a QU32. Any help is appreciated.

How are you getting the audio to the PC? I use a Focusrite Scarlett Solo audio interface via a QU Mix line out to the Focusrite line in. Sounds great.
