Hi,
So It's been like a year now and i'm still having issues.. I tried everything I found online, but none of it helped..
I was kinda lazy to write a thread to a forum, but here we go..
SPECS:
i7 4790k
16Gigs Ram
GTX 750ti
Samsung EVO 250gb SSD
Back in the days when I had windows 8.1 everything worked perfectly fine.. But after installing W10 I've run into some issues with frame rates in OBS.. (Didn't notice it at first because I used to stream League like twice a month and if I had a problem, It wasn't a big of a deal, because League isn't much of a resources-eating game)
I started getting half lower fps in league JUST BECAUSE OF OBS RUNNING (without streaming or recording anything, just preview) Vsync fixed this problem, but the input lag was too much to handle, when need to have fast reflexes.. I don't get any frame rate problems with other games tho..
The second problem is now when I try to get Rust (or just any other game, doesn't actually matter, even Portal 2 lol) working, my ingame fps are perfectly fine, with no change to it.. But in OBS? I get like 20 fps and eye-burning stuttering.. Nothing in OBS settings helped me yet.. Tried to switch between Direct3D 11 and OpenGL, changing bitrates, encoder NVENC vs x264, presets, profiles.. In windows, tried to run it with compatibility for W8 and W7, run it as administrator.. Tried every single option and every single possible combination.. None of it solved the issue.. I know, there's been a problem with xbox live setting - to share and stream games or whatever, but nope, no luck there.. It's very frustrating, because I have some "fanbase" and I just don't wanna stream, because I want to deliver certain quality.
If I had no other choice, I guess I would just go back to W8 and pray to god until it works.. Well it's still the last thing I wanna do about it..
Anything, any reply or help, I'm desperately glad for it..
