Question / Help Problem : a connection to the broadcast server failed. Check the functioning of your internet connection

Hello, it's been 3 days that I'm looking for live, I spend hours but I can not do I did 3 tutorials but nothing works, with streamlabs OBS when I run the live it shows me " a connection to the broadcast server failed. Check the functioning of your internet connection "what can I do? I have already uninstalled OBS and deleted client slot and delete the cache but still nothing.
