Question / Help Pro Camera Recommendations?

Hey everyone. I am looking to up our Camera game for our livestreams. It's a radio show / video cast (as opposed to game streaming). We are using 2 Logitech c920s and the quality is ooook, but still a bit blah. The main problem with connecting 2 C920s is that one camera will look great and other one blah because of how Logitechs software works (only adjust one camera and defaults the second one). I am using 2 different USB ports so it's not a USB issue.

I have a Nikon D5300 and I can purchase another one if need be. I also have a 4K Sony (About $600). Both are sitting in the closet :(.

What do I need to do to get that pro/crisp quality looking video feed?

Computer:
I7-4790K
Radeon 580
5 Samsung Pro SSD's
32 Gigs DDR3 Ram
100 mbps fiber up and download

Thank you for your recommendations. I don't mind buying new hardware, capture cards, etc. I just need to know where to begin looking.

For cameras you could use what you already have. It might be the case that the Nikon doesn't have a clean hdmi output.
If the cameras are stationary you could look into another sony or something like the Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera(if you have a budget).
For capture cards you could go with something like the Blackmagic Decklink Mini Recoder or pretty much anything from Magewell(they have a 2 channel hdmi capture card http://www.magewell.com/pro-capture-dual-hdmi)

A decklink duo (or duo2, around $500) or a pair of decklink mini recorders (around $100 each) would be what you'd need on that side of things. The duo2 allows for 4 cameras.
We don't recommend using DSLRs to impersonate webcams, as their sensors aren't really designed for the long term operation required.
If you go the decklink duo route, you're going to likely need HDMI to SDI adapters (the blackmagic micro adapters for the purpose are around $40 and can be powered from any usb power source)
