Question / Help Previous Recording Stuck on Screen

I don't know how to get the OBS recording from when I was exploring how to use things. I do not have this site open anymore. Keep in mind this is my first time using OBS and I'm a little confused. I've watched videos and I think I'm getting the hang of it,but I can't make that go away.

Just exit out of the application and open it back up.

That didn't work, it just kept popping up. However, when I just deleted the whole recording it deleted. Does the previous recording always show up or should it be opening ready for a new recording?
