Question / Help Preview Window and Stream freeze indefinitely until I deactivate and activate video source (Cam Link 4K)

Hey guys, I’m a bit puzzled about these issues. Upgraded from an i5-3470 build to an i5-4590. When I am streaming to Facebook live I get a complete freeze of the preview pane and stream indefinitely. Only way to get it to continue is to deactivate my video source and start it again. I was not having these issues on the slower processor PC. I have ran hardware tests and burn-in etc with no signs of hardware failure. I am attaching logs and would appreciate any advice.

Since these logs were taken I have disabled Game DVR, removed those non-working plugins and disabled Windows Defender.

I would reinstall OBS. Your logfile indicates you've got a bunch of VST DLLS inside the OBS folder structure, which is not where they belong.

In addition, your Camlink connection is lagging-- so either your CPU or your USB bus is overloading, causing audio buffering on that connection. I would not be surprised if over time that caused the video to fail as well.

You're also getting 17% encoding lag, which indicates your CPU is overloaded.
