Question / Help Preview Stuttering

So have done quite a few things from factory reset to making sure all chipset, USB and drivers are up to date on this PC...am noticing a stutter and occasional freezing for 10-20 seconds on the window preview and it shows up on streams and recordings. Regardless of what I disable there is still always a stutter on my preview screen, which is odd considering my other setup is flawless and works great...no windows events to say there is an error, but are my logs saying I need something else installed for OBS on this system to function properly?

Problem Solved: It was a LAN stutter because a text file was trying to be called from a remote local system where OBS didn't have credentials. Mapped network location to fix authorization.
