April 3 we updated OBS to the current version of 29.0.2. Now we are not able to see the camera view on the 'preview' or 'program' screen. I have a third monitor that 'does' display the video from the feed.

Our video camera is a Lumens PTZ and we use Blackmagic for the video capture. The Blackmagic device is an Intensity Shuttle. I just spent two hours on the phone with Blackmagic troubleshooting their program and on their end everything is working fine.

We have various scenes we use when we broadcast our worship service to YouTube. Any still graphics and the audio work fine. It is just that the camera view does not. During the troubleshooting with Blackmagic we discovered that OBS does not have the right device listed when we tried to put it in 'sources'.

this is my first time posting to OBS. I was not aware of the file needing to be included. Thank you for your help.

Try removing the intensity shuttle from all scenes and then re-adding it. If it still doesn't appear, please post another log from the session where you tried that. Also you could try moving it to a different USB port in case a USB controller is the issue.

I was just now looking at properties in the preview pane. I did not use the properties button but instead right clicked in the preview pane and used the options there. I clicked 'add' then selected 'Blackmagic Device". The video is now working.
