preview screen and program screen being displayed

Hi All.
Just downloaded and installed OBS but when I opened it, I'm getting 2 screens appear as in the screen capture. https://prnt.sc/2kjMETEZlxwI
How do I only have a singles screen open as seen in all the videos I've watched.
I guess it's called the default.
