Preview not coming out to second TV

As of today when I trade to start my broadcast by sending my Mac second screen to my Android my Android is able to accept my Mac second stream but OBS is unwilling to put a preview of the broadcast on my second screen so that my Android can capture it.

Did someone remove the preview to second screen feature because every time I click it it doesn't show my Android as a second screen, or more correctly my capture card plugged into my Android as a Second Screen.

What gives?

I've been waiting since Wednesday and I'm still unable to stream on Twitch because of this oversight.

About two one week ago I was able to hook up my Android phone use it as a second monitor and preview OBS to that second monitor. Now preview to second monitor doesn't work.

I was trying to broadcast exactly what was on my second monitor as a direct broadcast on Android SLOBS.

But now I can't do it at all no matter what I do. I can get the second screen from Mac OS X 10.13 to the Android screen but OBS isn't cooperating. I checked to see if Apple did something to the OS which prevents it from happening and they said no it's purely an OBS problem.

Please help me.
