Question / Help Preview lags and in-game lag.

Hello! so basically my preview is lagging for some reason and when i start streaming, how i see my preview its how the stream is.
When i am in game, the game is fairly smooth its just the stream that's lagging, i have attached my log.. maybe some one can help me?
would be greatly appreciated.

i have an RTX 2070 and i5 8600k overclocked at 5ghz.

GPU load is too high for OBS to render the frames fast enough.
Can only be avoided with a capped framerate in your game (that's the only way to avoid a GPU bottleneck) and effect/detail settings in the game, that won't push the GPU to >95% load.

Okay, so its the same old thing! this time i used x264 not the nvenc and its still does the same thing, even on my old build i7 7700k with GTX 1080.. still does the same thing!

Yep, as I said, the GPU load is still too high.
Encoding with NVENC is not increasing GPU load, because NVEncoder is a dedicated area of the graphics card and does not increase GPU load.
So switching the encoder process from NVENC (chip on graphics card) to x264 (software = cpu load) dos not change the fact, that your game + OBS scene rendering is bottlenecking your GPU.
