So as it says in the title, I am having an issue with the preview on OBS and all my monitors skipping and freezing.
I do know this is related to GPU 3D usage being at anything above 95% usage. I have tired running OBS as admin. Disabling HWA in my browser and Discord.
(log says otherwise because it didn't make a difference so I turned it on again) I have also tried frame capping or lowering graphics settings, while it does make it better it still has issues with skipping. It does affect the recording and stream also. It will say I dropped no frames and no issues encoding, but when I watch back what I just did it looks terrible. Nvidia driver roll back did nothing. Changing back to my 1080 Ti also did nothing. Even went as far to reinstall windows/drivers twice. I know 1440/4k Resolutions make this problem more viable. But with a 3090 this shouldn't happen as it didn't with my 1080 TI.
It seems this issue has just popped up. I never had this problem on slower hardware. I feel this may be an issue with full screen optimization, but could be wrong. Any help or recommendations to stop it would be greatly appreciated!
