hello there,
I need help with my setup. like stated in the title, my preview blackscreens starting up. Even after minutes of waiting, nothing happens. But if I unplug my Elgato Game Capture HD60S and replug it, my preview returns to normal. But I really don't believe that was the purpose of constantly unpluging and reconnecting. I recently updated the drivers on my Elgato and it worked first try. I did it again later that day and it didn't work. Even after unpluging and reconnecting my Elgato. So I am a bit lost on what to do and getting it back to work.
Does anyone have any advice or maybe little details I could have missed or forgotten or even if I can see a log of some kind to follow and see the issue why it isn't responding or reacting. Any advice would be appreciated.
