preview and video capture don`t work

i need help
obs captures my game only in 'properties'

as u can see, obs doesn`t show the game in main screen (preview) and doesn`t make video, it makes a black screen video
how can i fix this?

Update OBS to 29.0.2 and make sure your Radeon drivers are up to date May have to use DDU and reinstall the drivers Not sure why the encoder on the card is not available Your system is a bit weak to use OBS without it

i updated obs and video card`s drivers, but problem still exists. do you have more ways to solve?

Looking at the OBS Analyzer results posted by @deFrisselle it seems that your system has

"Insufficient Hardware
Your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and is too underpowered to livestream using software encoding. Livestreams and recordings may run more smoothly if you are using a hardware encoder like QuickSync, NVENC or AMF (via Settings -> Output)."

if you resolve the black screen issue you may still have some limitations.
