Tried to change settings around to make it work but dont wanna go lower than 720p 30fps. I can record 1080p 60fps fairly easily as long as i use cpu for some reason.
Tried to make streaming settings with GPU and CPU adjusting resolution and fps and was still dropping frames when playing.
PC specs are Radeon RX580, Ryzen 5 1400 at 3200MHz, 16gb ram, no SSD or anything.
