Presenter Overlay Large

Running Sonoma 14.1.2 and OBS Studio 30.0.2.

I do screen recordings of my grand daughters basketball games which are live streamed. I Use the small overlay presenter to show that I'm watching her game. and the small Presenter overlay works perfect. I can relocate it on the screen, add reactions, etc. The Large Overlay, however, does not appear full screen in my screen recording. It doesn't appear anywhere in my screen recording. Would love to transition from the small PRESENTER OVERLAY to the LARGE PRESENTER OVERLAY and back again. I'd like to record this. Can this be done? How do I make it happen?

I'm sorry if i misunderstand, but I think you are trying to switch from a big fullscreen of your grand-daughter's basketball game to a smaller version with your reaction. Please reply if this is wrong and not what you are trying to do.

You could use hotkeys in OBS, click the settings button right above exit in the bottom right, and in the menu that pops up, click on 'hotkeys'. Use the filter box at the top to search for "Switch to scene". It will show your scene name (my example is just scene), and then another grey box to the right of it. Click it, and record your keystroke. Hit apply, and when you go back to the main view, when you hit that key, it will switch to that scene. Do that for the other one too.

You could also just switch scenes in the bottom left by clicking them, but this isn't fast if you don't have at least 2 monitors. (one for daughter's game, one for OBS.)
