Pre streamings description

Hello,
When I start to make a stream it appears a windows asking me a few things, like the tittle, the description etc. I mark the "Don´t show me this again" option, but now I would like to change it as I would like to change the text, but is not giving me the option.
It is entering straight in to the stream, with the tittle an description of the previous stream
How could I solve it?

This seems to be a thing with the streaming provider, not with OBS. OBS doesn't ask such things, it's the streaming provider's configuration stuff. OBS might display this if you use browser docks, but the stuff within is created by the streaming provider.
