Pre/after text?

Possible to add "pre-text"`and "After text"

So lets say I have a TEXT source that ripps my music.
So I have the TEXT source to read text from file on my computer "song.txt"

But would be nice to have 2 fields extra. One before the text, and one after.

So I can have one text field that sayz "Song playing: Metallica - One"
Atm I have to make this into 2 differnt TEXT layers.

One layer is the "Song playing" and the other text layer would be "Metallica - One"
Would be nice if it was possible to make them into one source instead.
