Question / Help Powerpoint video playback when OBS is screen capturing

Hi

I have an issue where PPT embedded videos play OK for a few seconds and then jitter and freeze etc when OBS is capturing the slides. It only happens when OBS is running and the scene with capture is on. Any ideas how to fix this?

Its not CPU and memory - both have loads of capacity left.
