Question / Help Powerful computer microstuttering when streaming Rainbow Six Siege

Title says it all.

I get extremely bad micro stuttering when streaming Rainbow Six Siege. This is the only game I have this issue with. Furthermore, the stuttering is both in game and on the stream. I do not believe this is a typical issue a computer like this should be having due to the specs.

Computer specs are as follows:

• Intel i7 5960x 8 core processor
• 16 GB Ram
• MSI GTX 1080
• MSI Carbon Gaming Pro Mobo

OBS specs are as follows:

• 4500 bitrate
• 720p at 60 FPS
• Bilinear filter

I start streaming Siege at approximately 23:43 in the attach log file. I tried both Game Capture and Display Capture. Once again, this is the only game I have this issue with. Has anyone else had this issue or have a suggestion for what I can try?
