First off, I really love OBS, it has helped me in so many ways. Especially while recording games like Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3, there is absolutely no lag while recording. And I would like to add before saying my actual that I have a pretty decent computer. It has
a GTX 970,
Core I7-6700,
16G of RAM,
Overall it is a pretty powerful computer, and playing while games like The Division is perfect.
But recently I have encountered an enemy: Minecraft.
I can play this blocky game at about 300 FPS without any drop, but when it comes to OBS I have a bit of a problem. While I am not recording but locked the scene onto the game, the frames per second drops to a whopping 10-14 FPS. I have tried many solutions without finding a actual solution to this problem. And I really hope that you can help me with this, your help is much appreciated. These are my settings:
