Question / Help Posting logs need help FPS problems.

So I stream every single game imaginable, Warcraft, Hearthstone, Fifa, Pokémon, etc... 1 game caused me problems and that's Overwatch, the stream loses frames but OBS loses no frames however I notice my OBS FPS jumps a hella lot, I tried messing with settings and can't find a sweet spot and I used to be able to stream Overwatch perfectly fine. I even lowered ingame settings to try and compensate no fix, every other game I play Max settings, I don't even lag myself when playing Overwatch,

Please help.

Ok so here are new and updated logs I tried Hearthstone perfectly fine, WoW perfectly fine and Overwatch is laggy. I have no clue what is going on but use these updated logs please cause I used to stream Overwatch perfectly fine.

When in Overwatch loading screen or standing still everything is fine, it's only when I move or have to actually play the game. Someone please help.

HOLY FACKSS I LIMITED MY FPS TO 60 AND NOW IT WORKS. WHY IS THAT WHAT FIXES MY PROBLEM?

Because OBS uses GPU resources, and without a framerate cap, a game will use all of the GPU if it can.
