Short question:
Is it possible to stream to Youtube at 30fps, but record the replay buffer at 60fps?
Long explanation:
I'm doing some amateur sports live streaming. Previously I set video to 30fps. Instant replay playing back at 50% speed was awesome, but of course looked choppy playing back since it's essentially 15fps.
I'm thinking I can get the 50% speed playback looking smoother if I switch to 60fps and then it will playback at 30fps.
BUT, I'm really worried about my upload speeds when live streaming and would feel more confident if I can somehow limit my upload stream to 30fps. Since I'm live at the sports event, I use a mobile hot spot which is a little limiting on bandwidth.
Thank you in advance for any input your might have!
