Question / Help Possible to force an audio delay?

Hi,
I'm using OBS and the audio is out of sync. It appears that the audio is slightly ahead of the video. Is there a way to delay the audio by entering a value in milliseconds?

I'm NOT referring to push to talk delay, but rather delay of all processed audio.

I seem to recall having seen a custom string to input into x264 options in the Output Settings in the past but I can't seem to find it now.

does - slow it down and + speed up the sync?

When I used it, it appears that entering a number introduces delay (shifts audio later) and entering a negative number advances it. I have been using 200 ms and it seems to be in sync.
