Possible Bug with BlackMagicDesign DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K

I have a new PTZOptics SDI 30x Gen2 camera connected via HDMI to a new BlackMagicDesign DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K. I start OBS 26.0.2 and it works beautifully. Fantastic image! If I restart OBS, all I see is a black screen. The only fix that works is to reboot or exit OBS, run BlackMagicDesign Media Express where I get a great image, exit Media Express, and then restart OBS.

@SkiHiker170 you're attempting to use the one capture device in three different sources across your scenes. Remove the extra ones.
