Positional issues when pasting sources into a new scene

Hi all.

So I am currently running about 100 overlays in OBS Studio, each of them sorted into folders in the scene with about 5 or 6 in each.
When I copy the folder and try to paste into a new scene, while all content goes across, they are pasted in a different position.
With 100 + scenes this tends to suck....

Is there a know issues with this?

I have found pasting as reference is ok, but it has to be done folder by folder, which if you have stuff like me...sucks. (breaks the instant you choose more than one folder)

I thought I may be able to get around it by copying the entire scene, but the only option I have is to duplicate, which causes issues later where I do want to be able to move scenes :(
