Portion of audio reduce to almost zero

See attached for a portion of my spinning class audio that was reduced to almost zero. The class was about 60 minutes and about 10 minutes audio was reduced to zero volume - video was good and the rest of the audio was good - just this part.

First time I experienced this issue .

I do not have any filters on any of my sources.

Any suggestions?
