(portable zip version) default updater inside OBS is extremely slow,
looking for alternative method to update!
nowhere I can find anything topic or FAQ or Document regarding this issue.

The straight download ZIP took less than a minute, (https://obsproject.com/download)
while the updater spend 30 minutes to update....

Question is, can I just unzip and copy and replace all file in the OBS app folder to update it?
I am not too sure due to OBS doesnt say so.

You can. But it is better not to update software if you don't need particular update. Better to have number of known issues and workaround them.
At some point software may change in unpredictable way, thus destination folder clearance may become mandatory for the update.
