Question / Help Popping/Choppy Game audio when streaming from PS4

Hi any suggestions on this issue. It only seems to be happening when I turn off the HDCR option to capture and stream. I'm using an avermedia capture card. I'm not sure if it's the capture card or I just need to adjust some settings Any feedback would help.
