Popped-out docks disappear when OBS is not in focus

As the subject says. I typically use a popped-out chat dock with focus on a windowed game, so this entirely ruins my workflow.

I'm on Debian Testing, using the OBS 30.1.1 Flatpak on an X11 session of KDE Plasma 5.27.10. (Qt Version 5.15.10)
 
I gave up on this since it seems this behavior isn't going to change. I instead downloaded the Linux Mint Web Apps thing from the AUR (named webapp-manager there) and made a Firefox "web app" of my chat popout window instead since I can't rely on OBS for my chat.

For anyone else dealing with this issue, I recommend doing something similar.
 
Since it seems I can't delete or edit posts here (unless I'm just missing something) I will add that obviously I'm on Arch now. I'm not advising anyone on Debian to try to install something from the AUR.
