Question / Help Poor Video Quality

So... I'm trying to get to grips with video quality on live stream. Using:

2016 Macbook Pro 15 - Intel Graphics
Atem Mini
Canon D50
Panasonic G5
Canon XA15
Audio through the Canon XA15 into the ATEM

To keep audio/video sync I've managed to run at:
Video Bitrate 3500
x264 encoder
1080p
Downscale - Area
30 FPS

Our last attempt using it was

Video quality looks good on the ATEM monitor but stream quality still a bit sketchy particularly in color reproduction and blur.

Any help gratefully received!

I do think that this is good enough in my opinion. Our sunday streaming looks worse than this.
