Question / Help Poor Stream Quality

So I had OBS Studio all set up and working fine a week ago. Then when the new 17.0.2 update launched my streaming quality shit the bed. The stream now becomes extremely pixelated and stuttering/frame-loss occurs.

I have attached my log file. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this issue?

youre streaming with hardware encoding (Nvenc). Use x264 instead. Dont stream in fullhd@60fps, that will lower your quality and pixelating it!
2500bitrate is not enough for fullhd 60fps,
hope that helps

When I use x264 I have massive loss of fps and the stream skips and lags terribly. With NVENC, these issues are non-existant. Except for now with the pixelation. My internet can handle 3500 bit rate but that did not fix the pixelation. Is there a setting that will reduce the performance hit that comes with the x264 encoding?

Use x264 at 720p and 30 FPS. For your bitrate, use 3340 (audio will use up 160; video and audio bitrate will add up to exactly 3500). This should give you amazing quality. Do a test stream with these settings and if your PC can handle it, try increasing the resolution and FPS.

Cap or sync frame rate to your monitor's refresh rate. If you're still having issues with x264, tweak graphics. Use the recommendation above too.
