Question / Help Poor Stream Quality/Skipping on Twitch

I am running a camera and game capture at the same time. I have only been streaming for about 2 weeks but I have only had the camera for about 5 days. The stream was running better last week than it is this week. I am not sure if it was the addition of the camera or if I messed with a setting somewhere. I am really new to OBS so I am not sure what to do next. My download speed is ~100 and upload is ~10. My CPU is overclocked to 4GHz.

You are overloading your CPU and GPU. To reduce CPU usage, stream at 30 FPS. While you are streaming, reduce your in-game settings or cap your frame rate to give OBS more GPU resources.

That is my new log. I tried turning some graphics settings down on H1 and I locked my FPS to 144 to match my monitor output. Is there anything else I can do to help try and improve the quality/get rid of the freezing?

It seems like something is using a lot of CPU. Instead of x264, use Quick Sync because it offloads the encoding load from the CPU onto an encoder on your iGPU. In my opinion, the quality is similar to x264. You might want to increase your bitrate just a bit (2500 maybe).
