Question / Help Poor stream and record results with same system

A recent stream and OBS recorded video came out terrible with a system I've successfully used in the past. The results are dramatically worse. The differences are I replaced one webcam with a cannon video camera going through an elgato capture card, I've added audio line-in and OBS is an updated version. Attached is the OBS log file. I have another event coming up and am hoping to have this solved quickly. Thank you!

It seems your CPU is completely loaded by some unknown Windows process, so OBS isn't able to process and send video. Check Windows Task Manager whether this is the case and which process that may be.
