Poor audio volume and sound

I'm a brand new user and have just installed and setup OBS.

Everything seems to be working perfectly except for the audio.

I have a USB mic which I use for Zoom, Teams etc. and works perfectly, but when I record in OBS, the volume is really low (although the setting is at 100%) and very tinny.

Any suggestions please.
