Hello,
I am interested in using OBS to record video calls of a confidential nature. While I found the privacy policy for using your website, I have not found a privacy policy for the use of your program. Is it an entirely "local" program? Excuse my limited proficiency in computer jargon, what I mean by that is is OBS downloaded on my computer with absolutely no access for anyone else (other than myself) to view the videos being recorded? Will my videos be uploaded onto some cloud/server? Can anyone please post a link to the relevant policies?

OBS runs entirely locally - the only automatic connections it makes are for update checks. Anything you record remains on your PC, only if you use a streaming service will a 3rd party server be contacted.

Thanks so much! Any link/policy I can refer to? I just need to "dot my i's and cross my t's" as I am part of a regulated profession and need to have documentation if I'm audited.
