Pointers in setting up

First let me apologize if I am in the wrong thread.

I live with three roommates we are all gamers, I would like to set us up with the perfect streaming environment.

Could someone please point me to guides that you think I should use. I will begin to search the forums and set up on my own, however any pointers would be very much appreciated.
